The body shop guy bailed out on me.....he said the job is more than he expected. He doesn't have the time or room in his shop........I have two more local leads to get this project finished......I just bought some parts I thought I would need now...tail light bezels and lenses, side marker lights, ect. The journey continues....

Well that sucks, but at the same time, it sounds like it was probably for the best. The last thing you want is to have someone working on your vehicle that has bitten off more than they can chew. Hopefully one of the other prospects works out in your favor

I found a body shop to finish the Mighty Dodge. He's taking the car after labor day. I hope to be cruising in the Spring!

Glad to hear it. Having it back and cruising by spring would be a bonus!!!
I've been pecking away at mine for years now. I know it will be all painted here very soon, but there's still a lot of work to be done after that.

The Mighty Dodge is now in the hands of the body shop. I'll post progress pictures when work actually starts......

I made my first visit to the body shop. They did a great job on the roof. It was badly dented when someone stood on it when it was in storage a long time ago. they massaged all the dents out resulting in hardly any body filler. He said the AMD aftermarket sheet metal was a poor fit and will take more work to get it right.
