    You know that there is one in every croud and I guess that is me at the moment......
    I have a 66 300 and was looking for a little WOW under the hood. I ran across an Offenhouser 2x4 setup and now I have to figure out what to do for linkage..........
    I googled 2x4 linkage chrysler 383 and the results were less than stellar.
    Any Ideas will be appreciated,
    Im a car guy and have been around but this is my first try at a 2x4 setup.
    Thanks

    Bob;
    Thanks for the reply!
    So ..........Here's a couple of questions.
    Have 2 holley 600's, is this going to be to much for the motor (383 .060 over, stock cam)
    Is the lokar progressive linkage what I need
    is 2x2's a better alternative

    Ya... Thats allot for this particular application. :)
    But you might be lucky and can get around it.... If the Holley's are Vacuum Secondary's.... You can just run mostly on each carbs Primary sides and be in the ok...
    You just have to put the heavy springs in the secondary's..
    I'm not 100% sure on the Lokar kit? But I think it is better to run the non- progressive kit. But you need to keep in mind that you will need to hook up the trans linkage also. Unless this is a manual transmission or Valved bodied car? If you don't hook the linkage up for the automatic transmission you will surely burn the trans up in no time at all...

    Something Similar to this... But this picture is for a Small Block

    Big Block with out the trans T.V. linkage...
