Ahhhhhh so this is the car. Other than the hood scoop. Looks like a nice sleeper. Other than I am sure it doesn't sound like a stock 318 hiding in there. How wide are the rear tires? They look like stock rims

It looks really good!!! From what i can see, it doesn't look like it's rusty. You also have the wheel trim and your marker lights aren't broken like mine. sad.gif I really love seeing the Spinnaker White ones. cool.gif

It's nice to know that I am not the only one who has taken their truck to the beach and has "truck with a sunset" photos!

Sexy lookin' mill Sue wink.gif One thing though--How's stopping from 100+ with manual brakes? That must be an interesting experience blink.gif

I scream alot while stopping. ohmy.gif The first time I took it out to try the quarter mile, braking was just one long scream...But, we did it in 10 seconds. And I didn't even have to change my pants. laugh.gif

Screaming is ok, it just adds to the experience.. but soiled underwear will definitely ruin your night, so if that didn't happen it was a successful stop tongue.gif
10 secs huh? Very impressive biggrin.gif

I guess the Demon normally ran it in 9 seconds, on a good day. As far as I'm concerned, it will never run it again. At least not by me. Anyone else wants to, fine by me. As it is, I'm so short, I can barely see over the hood scoop, and reach the brakes at the same time.

Very nice,Always Loved the 69 & 70 Plymouth GTX and the roadrunner body
styles. I owned 3 Plymouth Dusters 1970,1972 340 Six and 1975, I wished I would have
at least one of them.

Dear Mopar Guys : I few yrs back I left the Shop on a Thursday for a Late after surgery My wife was having But because it was to have a Radical Hysterectomy to remove Tumors, I knew I was going to be taking a few weeks so she could recoop. We went to Maine to my father's beachfront House. 2 weeks went By pretty quick and I couldn't wait to get back to start the finsh work on my 1964 Dodge model 330 sedan that I had rolled out of the spray booth just two weeks earlier ! It was going to be My NMCA Nostalgia Drag event car so I could Once again get Back into being with the people I genuinly Love being with and doing all those things I used to adore doing But stopped doing when the wedding bells rang WELL GUYS BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO BE GONE FOR A FEW WEEK'S THE GUY'S ROLLED MY ALMOST FINISHED {no motor or trans} 1964 DODGE 330 2dr Sedan OUTSIDE IN FRONT AND JUST TO THE LEFT OF THE FRONT WINDOWS !!! Anyway GUYS MY ALMOST Clone of Roger Lindamoods 1964 "Color Me Gone" Dodge 330 2dr sedan Infamous Super Stock Dodge was REALLY COLOR ME SEY-YA GONE STOLEN OUTA THERE ? and I have NOT seen it since well that's going on 5 yrs now and alot has changed My wife is gone now and I moved way upstate WESTERN NEW YORK exactly 1hr from 3 real sanctioned Drag Strips what more could an EX-STREET Racer from Lower New York State ask for right well fella's I got word that this BOGUS Iraqi war Our Infamous Super Criminal of a Liar president couldn't wait to get us into has cost Me the Only Son I've ever known so needless to say I've not really been in the very best of Moods BUT what I have is this small Farm in SAVANNAH NY I'm trying to get rolling as well as Building a Small RestoShop which is what My true Love has been most My adult life !!!!! Man if I could have just one or two of them old cars I got rid of back before the Investment GEEKS and BARRETT JACKASS Got around to pricing them out of reach of the guy's who built em and RACED EM Then drove em home when they were just everyday cars, in fact as I remember it EVERYONE Of My girl friends Parents Hated "THOSE CARS" Now those very same "OLD MEN" are buying them up at unheard of Rates faster than the Automakers ever made em AND FOR 10Xs the Price which Mean's that Now when I find some old "NON" HEMI Powered Plymouth Or Dart GT well guess what GUYs it seems they were watching BARRETT JACKASS on the SPEED Channel and they want "THERE'S" so the day's of them Little old lady 6cyl Dart's going for a few hundred are so far gone that your lucky if She let's you take it off her property for 2500.00 forget the fact it's been sitting flat tired along side the garage for the last 15 yrs she still wants what she wants NOT that it's an Outrageous amount of Cash, It just ads to the All ready high cost of putting one back together ? A friend of mine purchased a 70 Road runner Rag top that was Toe-up from the Flo-Up and got banged in the REAR for 4000.00 !!! Can you imagine before you even get the hood off or a rusty bumper off or even get it home somebody told him it should be worth at least 5000.00 so He talked him down to 4000.00 and now owns a ROAD RUNNER HULK "without" a Number mathcing 383 or the 4sp that used to sit behind it ? So Guys It looks like My chances of Building a Nostalgia Car for My Son and me won't happen in My life time unless I meet another WIFE and she has My Son before I get to old to Make one ??? Another words I should start looking for another Hobby ? It's just that My Hands Have been sanding on the Body's of Muscle cars since 1972 when My father gave Me a 1965 442 . forgive Me if I Rattled on ....
